Someone copied my ad. What should I do?
Someone copied my ad. What should I do?
Solution
As an Internet Marketer I completely understand the importance of original content, it I find it bothersome when I hear concerns of people copying other member's ads and email messages.
I completely agree this type of marketing is unethical and unacceptable.
However, our site is not in a position to determine who the original author of the content is. I have had to deal with this in my business as well, and this is how I would proceed.
Start by contacting the owner of the affiliate program you are both promoting. Inform them of the copied ad and provide them the users affiliate link. From this they will be able to tell who is doing the duplication and they should be able to contact the user directly.
Hopefully they will be able to help with this and prevent the other user from doing this anymore.
I hope this article has been helpful. We appreciate you using The List Auction, and value you as a customer.
